AFNWC civilian employees can take advantage of an extensive benefits package offered by the federal government, which becomes available immediately once you start work.

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage
    We offer the widest selection of health plans in the country, and all employees are eligible for free health screenings.

    Tax-advantaged dental and vision benefits are available to eligible federal employees, retirees and their eligible family members on an enrollee-pay-all basis, with competitive premiums and no pre-existing condition limitations.

    Eligible employees can deposit funds into a health savings account that enables them to pay for many out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses with pretax dollars.
     
  • Long Term Care Insurance 
    Long Term Care Insurance helps pay for costs of care when enrollees need help with activities they perform every day, or if they have a severe cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer's disease.
